Subject Description: Drum supported by seated female caryatid figure. Figure seated on four-legged stool. Figure depicted with loincloth; has large conical breasts and a projecting chin. Scarification marks on face and abdomen of figure. Arms of figure represented with bracelets. Drum has images of snakes; a male figure with up-raised arms; an equestrian figure with a lance; a bird; a tortoise; and a lizard/ crocodile carved in low-relief. Scallop design and incised lines carved on top of drum. Hide affixed to top with seven wooden pegs.
