Subject Description: Female figure kneeling holding bowl, and carrying child on back. Crescent-shaped eyes with incised pupils; incised lines perpendicular to eyes. Small, braod nose; small, closed mouth with beard-like projection. Incised lines delineate face and jaws. Intricate coiffure with incised lines arranged in diagonal pattern; insect damage to coiffure. Depicted with bead necklace. Arms bent at elbows to form right angles; incised lines delineate bracelets on wrists. Articulated hands join small bowl. Projecting conical shaped breasts; slightly raised stomach. Rounded, slightly projected buttocks; raised design delineates hip-belt; rounded legs end at knees. Child on back with crescent-shaped eyes; small, broad nose; and small closed mouth. Intricate coiffure with incised patterning. Depicted with bead necklace. Arms extend from shoulders at right angles; attach to main figure under arms. Incised lines delineate bracelets and hip-belt. Old loss to legs of main figure.
