Description: Spoon carved from a section of cow horn, having a long, deep bowl and a thin handle with a triangular knob at the tip; area of the handle between the knob and the bowl is covered with braided quills, minutely worked and dyed red; attached to the base of the knob are three leather pendants, wrapped with yellow dyed quills and having bent tin cones with red dyed horse tail fringes at the ends; also attached to the same spot is a leather loop wrapped with red dyed quills; bowl semi-translucent.
